Neda Aero is set to create and cater the EVTOL market bringing in the feasibility of urban mobility in India. Neda Aero is proposing the full scope business for manufacturing electric aircraft and operate the same.

Currently the technical team consists of Mr. Arun Cherian and Mrs. Arun. EVTOL market size is expected to be 3 trillion by 2040 and our customer base is driven by the frequent domestic fliers and daily corporate commuters. With the expertise in design and development, the team is looking forward to successfully bring this business off the ground.

The costing of the complete project is estimated to be around 500Cr (5 Years), including the required research and development of Neda aircraft. Our goal is to put at least 5-10 Neda into operations by 2026.

What is EVTOL?  eVTOL (electrical vertical take-off and landing) is a type of aircraft that uses electric power to hover, take off and land vertically. This is a recent technology developed as a part of green urban air mobility.

This concept aircraft business is projected to be a part of aviation industry. Our mission is to bring in the fliers to a convenient mode of urban mobility understanding the needs of fliers. As of today, research and development of air taxi, urban mobility, etc. are on the peak to address the need of short travel such as travel to offices, markets like metro travels. Lagging behind in bringing in an aircraft manufacturer from India, it’s our vision is to become one of the finest aerospace manufacturers with high level of technological skills and establish Neda in the world map from India. As per our initial business plan we will be manufacturing and operating the aircraft and will be based on the progression of the project. Looking on demand ahead, we may be selling the aircraft/ or the technology.


Neda Aero India Pvt Ltd., is an incorporation held by an experienced aviation professional with a detailed understanding of the aircraft and operations industry. Projected to initiate the first phase of prototype development by June 2022, Neda Aero will be registered for VTOL aircraft manufacturing and operations with founders Mr. Arun Cherian and Mrs. Sherin. The manufacturing and operations are proposed to start at Kochi/Bengaluru and projected towards further development according to the market requirements.

Thinking of Neda Aero, this project is estimated to create a market of its own, worth millions of dollars during the initial phase of operations competing in the sector of market having operations held operators like Uber along with manufacturers like Airbus A3 Vahana, Lilium.
